Wonderful Family/Pet Friendly Experience

My husband and I wanted somewhere to go for our 11th wedding anniversary where we could bring our children and our dog. Due to the whole covid situation we wanted to go somewhere we could have fun and still feel safe. I found this gem on trip advisor and after reading several reviews I decided to give them a call. The lady on the phone was so helpful answering all of my questions I felt comfortable enough to book our 2 night /3 day trip 8/20-8/22. We arrived almost 2 hours earlier than check in and Leticia was so accommodating. Our room happened to be ready so she allowed us to check in earlier. She even gave us a room on the 5th floor so we could enjoy the beautiful view of the bay (definitely a must have). Once we arrived to our room I was blown away by how wonderful the room smelled and how clean it was. You would never think pets were staying in this hotel. Also a HUGE plus, the bedroom floors are laminate. NO CARPET! Love that! It’s easier to clean any accidents. Also we never heard dogs barking in the middle of the night. Again you would never think pets were staying there.
